Experienced in traditional Tibetan medicine, Amchi Kunga Chodak diagnoses illness through pulse examination and urine analysis. Prescription of Tibetan herbal medications can also be given according disease diagnosis. Acupuncture is administered with disposable needles or use of electrical stimulation. Amchi Kunga Chodak Hails from long and well respected linage of Amchis from Kham region of Tibet (the word "Amchi" means doctor). He is the 6th generation of Amchi in his families. He has studied under the guidance of his father and grand uncle who was Tibetan Medical practitioners. In addition, he has completed a traditional three and half years solitary meditation retreat by age of 19 in Tibet then he escaped and joined Sakya College where he studied Buddhist philosophy and Astrology extensively.

It is unfortunate and with regrets by decision to became a layperson but he decided to Vajrasatva 9 months retreat which is for mental and physical purification. Since then he is able to. traveling through Asia. After leaving, he operated clinics in Dharamsala, Goa, Ladakh, India. Toronto and  Calgary at pure north Canada. Right now he lives in Edmonton, Canada.

Amchi Kunga is a Registered Tibetan medical practitioner under The Central Council of Tibetan Medicine (CCTM)

He is also gifted Palmistry, great Healer and an Astrologer. He has great experience in making life chart and divination, containing aspects about future, financial situations etc. The above mentioned are explained in meticulous detail. He is known as great consultant to deal with Stress, Anxiety and Emotion.
